FEES

Transparency from the first conversation.

A first call is free and without obligation. All fees are agreed in writing before any work begins — clearly, and in advance.

Mediation

For individuals

The hourly rate is CHF 230, excluding disbursements.

How fees are shared between the parties is agreed before the mediation begins.

Packages for several sessions are also available, offering predictability over the overall cost.

Mediation fees may be partially covered by legal insurance (protection juridique). Check your policy.

Since January 2024, the Canton of Geneva offers financial support for mediation fees. This applies when the matter is connected to Geneva and the mediator is sworn-in (médiateur assermenté).

More information is available on request.

For companies

For mediation in workplace or commercial disputes, fees are quoted per engagement. Typical arrangements include a fixed package covering  the mediation itself, and follow-up. A detailed proposal is provided after an initial scoping conversation.

Divorce Support

For individuals

The hourly rate is CHF 230, excluding disbursements.

Packages are tailored to each situation, designed to give predictability over costs and to keep the overall outlay contained.

A divorce can involve several professionals, such as: lawyers, notaries and sometimes accountants. The aim is to help you navigate the process efficiently, so the total cost across all professionals stays in proportion. Many matters can be resolved without unnecessary escalation.

For companies

Engagements are scoped and agreed in advance — by the hour, by capped fee, or as a structured programme — depending on what an HR or wellbeing team needs.

For law firms

On request, alongside lawyers as complementary support. Hourly or capped fees agreed per engagement.

Legal Minded Partner

Fees for this service are agreed per engagement. Depending on the nature of the work, the structure can be an hourly rate, a capped fee, or a fixed-fee package — all discussed and confirmed before any work begins.
